Nothing is quite like walking into a brides house on the morning of a wedding, the buzz of activity, the excitement, the nerves, the overwhelming joy of the occasion, tinged with the sadness of moving on, it’s such a melting pot of emotion. Rachael & Owain were married in May at Rachaels local parish church, after a busy emotional morning, it was a lovely service and once the nerves settled the sincerity between the two of them made it such a touching service you could feel the warmth from everyone for the two of them. They held their ceilidh reception at the local community centre, that they transformed with marquee linings and a classic black and white theme. The community centres makeover was really astounding, a bit of a Cinderella moment really as the dull venue was totally revamped and transformed into an airy, classic, and beautiful space. After a hog roast and speeches everyone (and I mean everyone!) took to the dance floor to ceilidh the night away… there was a fantastic energetic atmosphere. Everyone danced with everyone and the day was filled with love laughter and skipping round a room with someone you may or may not have known!! What wasn’t to love?!
