Natalie and Christopher got married at the beginning of July, I won’t lie my tummy was in knots going into this one and I really didn’t know what to expect. Natalie and Chris had missed their pre wedding shoot and we hadn’t managed to meet up or chat before the big day except via email. I did however know that photography was one those things that was perhaps in their minds “for the mums”… I was really apprehensive. Knowing that potentially I could just be in the way for them…. however I feel personally about the importance of photography and its value in preserving and reflecting the happiness, moments, and emotion of the day, I’m very aware I can’t force that ideal on everyone. All I can do is take pictures the way I would want them to be taken at my wedding, and hope that what I take becomes an important record for them….
I knocked on the door that morning and immediately, the very moment I met Natalie her warmth, kindness and genuine nature eased my worries. I felt so welcome and if anything my camera shy bride overcompensated for her lack of enthusiasm for photography by being what I imagine she is to many people “a lovely friend”.
The other side of this story is Natalie’s because being able to change her mind and having her appreciation was in no uncertain terms worth it’s weight in gold to me
Thank you so much for all your time and effort. You and your husband were so lovely and helpful on the day; it really added to it, and made it even more special. I appreciate that I wasn’t the easiest bride, but you ran with it and made me feel at ease- which I didn’t think was possible. So regardless of how the pictures turned out, I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you, as you were a big part of our special day and I will not forget you xx
I won’t lie I cried!! I then recieved this….
We have got the pictures! We absolutely love them!! Thank you so much for all of your hard work. We never expected so many, or for such a thoughtful and well put together slideshow.
The presentation of the USB sticks and the packaging was gorgeous, and your card so sweet. You put so many lovely touches into what you do, and so much effort. It really shows.
The photography package is such good value. We never expected so much, and of such good quality. It certainly was worth every penny. Thank you.
I wish you all the very best for the future, and I’m sure that you will go on to be a massive success.
Christopher and I wish you and your family all the very best.
Lots of love,
Natalie and Christopher xx
